HMIS Governance

Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) is the designated HMIS Lead Agency for the KS-505 Johnson County Continuum of Care on Homelessness.  As the HMIS Lead Agency, MARC administers and manages the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).   

The HMIS Governance Charter outline the HMIS functions and responsibilities assigned to the KS-505 CoC Board, the Partnering Agencies, and the HMIS Lead Agency. Furthermore, it is the role of the KS-505 Board to provide oversight of HMIS and actively participate with the HMIS Lead Agency in the management of the HMIS.
