New User Registration

Below are steps required to access HMIS:

1. Complete and submit the New User Request form         
2. Each user is required to sign and email HMISHelpDesk@marc.org the System Confidentiality and User Agreement Form
3. Each user is required to enroll and attend a one-hour Security & Privacy Training
4. Each user is required to enroll and attend a three-hour New User Training.
